Enjoy a Yummalicious Experience with Yummy Skin!

Like most women, I am obsessed with beauty products. I love trying different brands, textures and scents, and seeing how my skin reacts to each one. When the opportunity to test several of Yummy Skin's amazing products came up, I happily jumped at the chance! I have seen Yummy Skin products in the past at spas, and was always curious to try them. It was definitely worth the wait.

Yummy Skin is a company that is based out of Paris, Ontario. Created in 2007, the products are free of chemicals such as parabens, synthetic dyes, phthalates and harsh preservatives. Yummy Skin products can be found online, in spas, salons, and have been featured on The Shopping Channel! I love that they are from Ontario. Who doesn't love supporting local businesses? :)

When I received my package in the mail, I was instantly drawn in by the clean, attractive packaging and amazing scents! (yes, I choose products by scents and by the wonderful descriptions of the products.). Here are the products I chose, and my thoughts on each one.

Yummy Skin Premium Hand & Body Lotions ($21.50)
I am always on the hunt for a great body lotion. For me, summertime is all about trying to be outdoors as much as possible. When I'm not wearing sunscreen, I am layering on body lotion. I have been using Yummy Skin's Citrus Energy lotion for the past few weeks, and it has left my skin feeling hydrated and nourished, which I need in the summer months. The light citrus scent is a bonus! I prefer understated scents in lotions, instead of an overpowering smell that might drive people crazy. If you are like me, and need to hydrate your skin after a day in the sun, I highly recommend trying this lotion. You won't regret it.

Yummy Skin Classic Sugar Scrubs ($20.00)

I will admit that this is the product I was most excited about trying, and was not disappointed. Having recently been away on vacation in Cuba, I was dealing with my tan fading and wanted something to help gently exfoliate my skin. Sugar scrubs are perfect for helping to remove dry skin and making skin soft and smooth. Yummy Skin's sugar scrub contains organic coconut oil and organic Shea Butter, two things I love to use on my skin to keep it incredibly soft! The sugar scrub is something I have incorporated into my showers, and has helped keep my heels incredibly smooth.

Yummy Skin Lip Conditioners ($5.00)
I am constantly on the hunt for a great lip balm or lip conditioner! When the seasons change, my skin and lips change to fit the shifts in climate and temperature. I suffer from dryer skin and lips from November to February, and need to protect my lips while on the beach, patio or outdoors while working out in the warmer months.

I tried the Yummy Skin Lip Conditioner in Grapefruit flavor, and was pleasantly surprised at how nourished my lips felt after the first application! Each of the lip conditioners are specially formulated with 100% natural ingredients, including Shea Butter, Siberian Ginseng, Vitamins A and E. My lips feel incredibly soft and smooth, and I use this as a base on my lips before adding lipstick or gloss. It's the perfect addition to my daily routine!

Having had the chance to try these wonderful products myself, I can see why they are called Yummy Skin. I was impressed by the quality of each product, the ingredients used, the textures and how they felt on my skin. The price point for the products are affordable, and the fact that they are made in Ontario is amazing! This truly was a yummalicious experience for my skin.

I want to say a huge thank you to Yummy Skin for allowing me to try the products and share my thoughts with everyone through this review. They have kindly offered a 50% discount for anything purchased to those who are interested in trying any of the products on their website (www.yummyskin.com). Make sure to use the discount code 'sassygirl'! I am a new fan, and will be trying many more products in the future!!
